The mission of The Lawrence Community Management Group, Inc. (LCMG) is to provide its client associations with association management services of the highest quality and value while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and standards within the industry and the local community.
The Lawrence Community Management Group, Inc. operating philosophy is:
- To maintain a localized service area in the western half of Cuyahoga County, northern Medina county, Lorain county and the northern portion of Erie county so that we can maintain close contact with each client and visit each client property on a regular basis. Services may be provided in other market areas based on the specific and unique circumstances of the service request.
- To maintain an open line of communication with each client as our primary objective is to make each Board Member's job as simple as possible. Examples include prompt responses to phone calls and emails, copies of pertinent communications, and preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and supporting information including such items as financial statements, unit sales information, copies of correspondence, bid summaries, etc.
- To maintain a current level of knowledge in the field through continuing education, seminars, conferences, professional organizations such as the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and participation in certification and professional designation programs in our field.
- To maintain the flexibility of a small organization so that service needs can be fulfilled on a customized or an "as needed" basis to best serve our clients.
