We currently employ individuals in the fields of Accounting/Bookkeeping,  Community Management, Activities Directors/Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives and Office Assistants. Although we are not a large organization, we have experienced growth and are periodically looking for qualified people to fill positions. COMMUNITY MANAGERS - Portfolio
Portfolio Community Managers are the primary contact with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and private contractors serving the Association. This active position includes inspecting the assigned communities on a periodic basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending Board meetings (usually in the evening), preparation and presentation of all financial statements, and working hand-in-hand with an assigned Senior Community Manager and/or an administrative assistant.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT - Onsite
Onsite Community Managers help to manage all the common elements pertaining to a larger association. This position is as diversified in duties as it is in location.  Placement may normally be in a newer suburban cluster home or townhome Association, but could also include a mid or high rise style building in the inner ring suburbs or even downtown. Onsite Manager's help to enforce rules and regulations, supervise maintenance activities, and also know and abide by all governing documents. These positions have fairly consistent office hours but also have some evening and/or weekend requirements.  There is also the need to be accessible by cell phone, all days of the week in the event of an emergency.

ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING STAFF
Accounting/Bookkeeping Staff provide accounting and bookkeeping services to a number of assigned Associations. This may include accounts receivable, accounts payable, interaction with title companies, maintenance of checking/savings accounts, production of cash or modified-accrual financial reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and interaction with CPA's during audits and reviews.

ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR/COORDINATOR
The Activities positions may be full time or part-time, depending on the size and needs of the Association.  The primary tasks include the coordination of social and related activities and programs for the residents of the assigned communities.  The position will most likely be assigned as an on-site position at one community,  Due to the wide variety of activities, hours will vary and will most likely include some evenings and weekends.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
The Customer Service representatives work with both the Association managers and contractors, residents, and other staff.  These individuals are involved in the day to day coordination of requests and service needs as well as owner questions and concerns.  Individuals must be excellent communicators, multi-taskers and able to effectively speak with owners or tenants who may be upset by a problem or a maintenance need.

ADMINISTRATIVE / GENERAL OFFICE
These positions provide office support to all of the office staff and Managers.  In addition to answering phones, handling filing, processing mailings and covering the front desk, these employees also need to understand each client Association and the specific issues and questions that are unique to each community.

MAINTENANCE STAFF
Maintenance staff positions provide many services to client Association.  Skills and duties may include pool service, general trash cleanup of dumpster enclosures, ponds or open common areas including beaches where they exist.  Cleaning requirements may also include party rooms, clubhouses, and pool/beach houses.  Other services may include repairs to drywall, siding, painting, signs, gutters, exterior lighting and gutter cables, photoeyes and timers.  Yard sprinklers, pavement patching and fence maintenance may also be assigned from time to time.  These positions are multi-functional with a wide range of assigned tasks and projects.
